Really think about it for a minute. It may have been subtle, but chances are it taught you something you will use again. It may have been a clear lesson that changed your way of thinking and gave you perspective. Maybe it's something you didn't even realize until you started to think about it. Everyday there is something we can and should take away from our experiences. Things that we are blessed with to help us on our journey. We learn about character, perseverance, strength, hardship, joy, emotions, faith... We learn it from others, and when we open ourselves up to the possibilities before us we are privileged to learn it about ourselves. Cherish the teachable moments, bask in the opportunities to be taught and be conscious of all the things God places in our path so that we may better ourselves each and every day we are blessed to experience the beauty that exists in our lives.
