Who influences you?
Who influenced you to excel? Who gave you the wings to fly? Who pushed you when you needed it? Who believed in you when you couldn't? We all have those special people who bring to light things we didn't realize we could accomplish. Our parents, our spouses, our teachers, our family, our friends... They make us want to be better. They bring the positive influence to negative situations. So what about your influence on others? You have it even at times you may not realize it. Maybe it's for family, your kids, coworkers. Maybe it's even someone you don't even know. The influence you possess is stronger than you can ever imagine and what you do will inevitably touch lives. You may spark an idea, inspire an artist, motivate an athlete, create a path, build a foundation, develop a future. You may be someone's everything. You may be someone's only thing. You may be the beauty that makes someone smile. You may be the reason they overcome adversity. You may be the hope that gives them strength. You may be their light in the darkest of tunnels. You may be the example that helps them realize that faith and trust in God can lead the way. Yes we all have the power to influence... So what will you do with that influence today?
