Daily BITUB- "I can't!"

I can't work any harder.  I can't find time to exercise.  I can't get up earlier.  I can't face this challenge.  I can't overcome this adversity.  I can't do this and I can't do that!  I can't, I can't, I can't!  

In all honesty that "I can't" really should be I am not willing.  It should be I won't do it and I refuse to try.  Allowing ourselves to simply say we can't do something is giving ourselves a way out.  It's removing the responsibility and letting ourselves off the hook to what we are capable of achieving.  "I can't" shouldn't even be in our vocabulary.  We shouldn't allow excuses to prevent us from achieving the things we are able to achieve if we are willing to push ourselves enough to get there.  There aren't any secrets to success, to reaching a goal, to living a dream.  In fact it's not a secret at all.  It's plain and simple.  It's focusing, experiencing, learning, teaching, living, driving ourselves beyond limitations and being willing to never say I can't...  But rather shouting from the rooftops I will, I can, I am able, I have faith and truly do believe that through God anything and everything is possible!
