Daily BITUB- "Miss the Target!"

We all want to hit the target.  We all want to execute flawlessly on our goals.  So much that sometimes in reaching a goal we fail to allow ourselves the opportunity to notice the things we can improve.  Every day we engage in something that can allow us to evaluate the things we do well and those things that can make us better.  Those willing to look within rather then look at everyone else's opportunities often are the ones that end up leading the pack. They lead by setting examples of how to overcome, improve, and work together. They have an understanding that we can constantly teach by sharing our experiences, and that we can constantly learn by listening to others share theirs!  

So as you push today to hit that target don't be so focused on being flawless...  Instead take notice of the blessings in learning from the ones that may have missed.
