How often have we done just that! How often have we lowered expectations for others? How often have we done it to ourselves? Sometimes it's easier. After all it would mean raising the bar. Maybe even raising it higher than you ever have or even higher than anyone ever has. Words like initiative, innovation, perseverance, motivation, and success don't come from achieving the norm... No they come from exceeding limitations. They come from doing the job better than anyone else! They come from those not willing to accept that good enough is, well, good enough! They come from those who have hit a wall, and find a way to climb over it! Every goal you set, why not make it a stretch? Why not push yourself beyond boundaries? Why not redefine what limitations are for you and for others? Why not envision the possibility of what can be and then chase it down? I've said it before... There are no unrealistic dreams, only unrealistic limitations. Don't let the excuses allow you to justify the things you didn't do yesterday. Let the experience, the growth, and the lessons drive you to be better today! Aim too high! Even if you miss chances are you will be further than you ever thought you could be!
