We've all heard that seeing things from a different perspective sometimes helps us be more aware of the situation. It helps us to look at things in a way we never have. Thing is, while we may look at it different, unless we think differently, the way in which we look at it won't matter... We will always see it the same way. While it may be easier said than done, sometimes we have to completely change our way of thinking. We have to open ourselves up to new ideas, new techniques, new strategies. We have to accept that what we have been doing isn't working. We have to understand that sometimes we don't need to push, but maybe it's time to pull. Maybe it's time to encourage rather than discourage. Maybe it's time to take a step back and listen rather than tell. Like I said, easier said than done, but it can be done. You may come to find that as you change your way of thinking, all your old ideas, goals, and dreams suddenly are new again!
