Have you ever found yourself trying to make something happen only to be met with opposition around every corner? You simply can't figure out why you can't get from point A to B, and try as you might it simply isn't working. No matter how much you put into it you just end up worn out physically, mentally, and spiritually. Sometimes the more push-back we get the more we dig in, and lose sight of what we were trying to accomplish in the first place. We stop strategizing, planning, being logical and we start forcing decisions before we have thought them through. Sometimes the best move is to simply stop, regroup, and remind yourself of the goal. Retrace your steps and figure out where you may have taken a wrong turn. Pull in other people for support, for ideas, and reflect on your past experiences... Often you'll come across things you may have forgotten you already know how to do. Allow things to unfold, let your plan mature, and tweak as you go. You more than likely will start to see that you are farther along than you think. Once you begin to understand what you know, what you need to learn, and how you can grow from this, chances are you will find yourself already standing at point B.
