Daily BITUB- "Not Perfect"

I'm not perfect.  In fact, far from it.  I make mistakes.  I fall short of my goals. I miss the mark.  I doubt.  I let fear hold me back.  I've given up, given in, taken too much.  Yet...  Despite all that God hasn't left me.  He hasn't given up on me.  He's there even when I can't see Him.  He's there even when my faith is weak.  Thing is, it is up to us to do our part. It's up to us to be aware of what we do and why we do it!  It's up to us to pray, to be thankful, to ask forgiveness, to give it, to receive it, to love, to be loved...  To treat others how we ourselves want to be treated. Yes, and just as I have lived with shortcomings, there have been those times I have had successes.  I have reached my goals.  I have been spot on.  I have overcome doubt.  I have conquered my fears and pushed forward.  I've persevered, forgave, been forgiven, loved and been loved.  I've been blessed that others have treated me well and taught me to be better each and every day.  Through it all God has been there.  Through it all He has been my guide.  

Even though I'm not perfect. 

In fact, far from it.
