What you see isn't always what you get. In fact, until we take the time to fully engage ourselves into something, do we really, truly deserve to know what we are getting? Often the shortcuts in life take us longer to navigate as our inexperience prevents us from doing the things necessary to progress. Think about the things you are passionate about. Think about the things you know better than anything. Think about the things you've dedicated yourself to studying, understanding, and pursuing. Chances are those are the things you've put the most time in, and those are the things not only are you at your best, but they are probably the things that matter the most to you! What you see isn't always what you get, but "if you know what you are worth, then go out and get what you are worth!" (Rocky). After all the best things in life are the things we are willing earn!
