Daily BITUB- “Perspective”
It's easy to say "I can't" isn't it? I can't hit the goal. I can't get up early. I can't do the job. I can't get through this adversity. Thing is what we really mean is "I'm not willing". Not willing to put in the work. Not willing to push ourselves. Not willing to try, to fail, to learn, to ask for help, to take risks. There are big differences in those perspectives. Very different ways of thinking. Think of all those people who are doing, who are achieving, who are reaching beyond limitations, who are chasing dreams. Think of all those believing they can, so, they do! Take a minute to reflect and evaluate your perspective of things. Take inventory of your "I can't" moments and determine how many really are "I'm not willing" moments. Then ask yourself. Do we believe what we say? Does it matter to us? Do we trust in faith that through God all is possible? Is the answer "I can't", or "I'm not willing"?
