Have you ever been listening to someone tell you about all the things you do wrong and all you are thinking is about what they do wrong? That's a natural deflection mentality. We don't want to hear about that! We only want positive. We aren't listening! We are thinking about other things. Why is this person demotivating me? Why are they hurting me? Why can't they see they have bigger issues? Thing is if you care about someone you should be honest with them. You in turn should feel comfortable enough that they can be honest with you. We aren't perfect, but it is our imperfections that give us a goal, a peak, a push, a dream to chase. We can all be better. Sometimes we don't see it and more often than not we don't want to hear about it, but overlooking it won't change it. Listen to the feedback, embrace the opportunities, take a look at what you can capture from the moment, be sincerely grateful someone is taking time to be open with you, create the plan and then get on with it.
Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is you find the blessing in each opportunity to simply be better.
