You have to respect yourself and others enough to tell them what you need! You have to be willing to voice your opinions! Speak up, speak out and value yourself enough to offer what you have to offer. You can't know the impact of your ideas, the significance of your view, what others may need to hear... That is until you allow others to share in your perspectives. Think of all you have faced. Think of all the moments you have looked to others in those moments. You have experiences too! Experiences that can help others! You have gifts that God has blessed you with. You have traits, values, morals... Don't hide them! Don't keep them locked away! Let your light shine! You just may be the inspiration that gives someone the foundation and the confidence to let theirs shine too.
