Realizing sacrifice is sometimes necessary often brings us to what we are willing to give up to find what really is important to us. It is realizing what we need VS what we want. It is prioritizing the day to focus on those people and things that matter most to us. Is it easy? No! Honestly, it shouldn't be, because often it comes at moments of adversity, moments where we face our fears, moments where we open the doors of possibility and push beyond limitations. Stripping bare all the non essentials exposes the root of what matters. We simply have to look deep down to see the parts of us we simply cannot live without. We have to push ourselves to give more than we take! We have to be willing to leap further than we ever thought possible! Sometimes that means slowing down long enough to realize there may be something we were too busy searching for that we forgot God had already blessed us with.
