So how do you keep your faith? How do you keep pushing on? How do you convince yourself that what you are doing is worth it? Not easy is it? The craziest, most challenging times often come together. If we had a moment to breathe maybe it would be ok, but it's one thing after another and we wonder how we can sustain blow after blow... but then we do! Remember, everything that comes at us has gone through God's hands. All we endure is part of His plan for us. The crosses we carry, faith tells us we should. Maybe the trials we are facing today are in preparation for those yet to come. Maybe it is getting us ready for a greater fight. Maybe it is providing us the experiences we need to help others whose paths we will cross. Maybe, just maybe, it is God's way of reminding us to appreciate life and all that comes with it. Life is a gift! The beauty in taking the long way around, through the valleys, the peaks, the joy, the pain, the sad, the happy... That is the blessing in living it.
