Feeling like you are in a hopeless situation? There is no such thing! Hopelessness can only be if we allow ourselves to give up on our faith. Do you really believe that through God all is possible? Do you trust in your ability to persevere? Then how can anything be without hope? I get it; even the strongest of faith can find themselves feeling completely defeated. I understand it happens because I've been in that place. I've been in that situation where I felt like there was nowhere to turn. Though it was hard to see at first, I finally realized that it was all me. Me not paying attention to everything around me: the people, the support and the opportunities God presented me with daily simply were overlooked and in some cases abandoned. I created that sense of hopelessness by giving up on the possibilities. It's amazing once you sit and really focus on the abundance of belief and blessings. All those hopeless feelings go away. Is it easy to do? No. Is it worth it? Are we worth it? Absolutely! That realization brings light to those dark places! The dead ends we thought we were at begin to reveal the bridges that we simply couldn't see before. Then the beauty of tomorrow takes shape and the promise of today provides the hope we've had all along.
