If you set your expectations low that is what you get. You have to put that bar out of reach. You have to get yourself thinking right. Limitations are self inflicted. You want more go get it. You want to reach a certain level then set your benchmark higher. We are masters at talking ourselves out of things. Great at accepting mediocrity. Why? Why accept something less than what you want? Sure it's harder. Yes, it's going to take all of you. Yes, it is going to challenge you. Good! You are probably standing in a place you never thought you would reach. Yet here you are. There is no dream too big, no goal too lofty, no mountain that can't be climbed! Quit letting adversity win. Dig in. Gather up your faith! The power to do more is already in you! Push yourself. Find that other level. It's there. It's there because you've seen it before. You remember, it was at that moment when you wanted something so bad you refused to accept anything but achieving it.
