Someone asked me the other day how I was doing. My response was, "I'm really busy." They immediately told me so were they. They went on to tell me how unproductive they felt. You know the days you feel like you never stopped, yet you got nothing done. We've all been there. Actually up until lately I've always been there. So, my busy, I told them, was a different type of busy. My days now are filled with things that were extremely important to me. Things I immediately moved to the top of the list because they were priorities and non negotiable parts of things that will make me better, allow me to serve others, that motivate me, inspire me, and simply put, fuel my passion. As my focus has moved towards those things, my "busy" has become more fulfilling. I find my days are very productive, my blessings are more evident than ever, and life is more about living than going through the motions. Yes, if you ask me how I'm doing today... I'm busily blessed, and grateful to be.
