How many times have you heard someone say "it is what it is"? Thing is it doesn't have to be. Maybe this is your chance to create something and influence the possibility of what can be. Nothing has to be a certain way. Not if we trust in ourselves enough to change it. Not if we believe we can. Everyday someone makes the choice to innovate, to excel, to exceed, to push beyond a limitation. They make that choice in confidence and strive to be more than they were yesterday. We are all capable, but not all will do it. Not all are willing to leap and take that chance. It's those willing to grow through challenging themselves that see the opportunities in front of them with a desire to make a difference. Which one are you? Do you believe "it is what it is" or are you willing to make it "it is what ever I choose it to be"?
