Daily BITUB- “You Care”
You care. You care about your work, the value you bring to that work, and the people you work with. You care about the people in your life, their well being, their happiness. You care about your finances, your health, your goals. You care about a lot of things, but often I wonder if we care as much about our relationship with God. Do we spend as much time thinking about that? As I sit here I can honestly say I often don't spend enough time caring about that. That is until I'm asking for help, for something to be lifted from me, for guidance. While I know God still offers His Grace, I am learning to take that less and less for granted. To instead spend some time with God asking for nothing, but learning more about what it means to have God truly in my life. I may never reach the level of others, or even where I want to be, but faith tells me it will be worth the journey and a better journey at that.

Daily BITUB- “Encouragement”
Don't be afraid to recognize someone for fighting their fight. Sometimes it's that small nod of acknowledgement they need to finish what they started. We all need it sometimes... A word of encouragement, a pat on the back, even just a smile that says we get it. The journey gets hard and our ability to lift one another up can be the difference between quitting and winning. Every day someone is on the verge of reaching a goal or giving up on one. So why not be the positive that illuminates the path that negativity makes dark. If you feel like someone needs to hear it then don't hesitate to say it! Tell them they matter, tell them to stay the course, tell them they inspire you, tell them they can, tell them that through God all is possible.

Daily BITUB- “Give it to God”
Sometimes you just have to lay it down. You have to give it all to God. Why hold on to it? Why allow it to burden you, cloud your thoughts, weigh you down? I know it's easier said then done, but it must be done. Ask for help if you need it. Tell your prayer warriors to take up arms and pray for you. Ask God for guidance, clarity, strength. Let yourself feel the power of those prayers! Give in to your blessings and let them hold on to you for as long as you need them to. Lay it down and pick up the good in your life... The people who motivate you, the experiences that help you grow, the inspiration that drives you, the beauty of a new day, the feeling of possibility in each new opportunity. It's all there, but first you must get through this moment. So, lay it down! Give it to God! As He says, "and call on Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor Me." (Psalm 50:15)

Daily BITUB- “Catch Up”
Are you falling behind on your goals? Why is that? Are you evaluating your part in it? Are you having honest conversations with yourself about what is preventing you from moving forward? Is it fear of failure? Is it that you think it will be too hard so you aren't allowing yourself to even get started? Is it time spent talking about all the things that can go wrong you aren't investing the time necessary to make things go right? Maybe it's all that. We all fall behind sometimes, but you are going to be the one who controls whether or not you are able to catch back up. You probably will have to put in more time. You are going to have to make sacrifices and put aside your wants to chase down your needs. You are going to have to work harder, try more, stumble and fall, and get back up. You are going to have to do things you've never done to reach those places you never have. So stop thinking about why you are behind and start acting on what you need to do to catch back up.

Daily BITUB- “Pain”
Pain is real. Give in to that pain and it can control you. It can deter you from living your dreams. It can put doubt in your heart that is seemingly impossible to overcome. Though, it is through pain we often find our strength. You can overcome it! You can control it! We've all heard that pain is temporary. It subsides. Letting that pain overtake you creates regret. Regret doesn't go away. It's "what if", "I wish", "I should have"... Those things that rear their ugly head years later. If it hurts it matters. If it hurts it can heal! Don't let it control you. Use it. Let it fuel you. Let it give you strength. Let the experience of that pain help you understand the choices you must make and then make them! People may not get it. People may not like it. People may not be able to accept their place in it. Just because it's not going according to plan doesn't mean you change THE plan. Go with your heart. Let your faith lead the way. Let God be your companion. Let the pain run its course and you stay on yours.

Daily BITUB- “Versions”
Don't be a version of someone else. Don't live their dreams. Don't want their life. Don't question why they are successful and you are not. That time you are spending your energy thinking of others lives should be spent creating the best version of yourself. You bring a lot to the table. God has given you your gifts, your talents, your place, your journey. Stop trying to be something you are not and be yourself. Put in the effort. Exercise your body, mind and spirit. Invest in yourself and your dreams. Take inventory of where you are on your goals for life. Are you where you want to be? Do you need to step it up and stop getting so distracted by what you don't have that you forget about what you do? It's all there for the taking. It's all there for you to do what you know you can do. Don't be a version of someone else... Create the best version of you!

Daily BITUB- “Vision”
Don't lose your vision. No matter the obstacles, the smoke screens, the doubters, you stay the course. It's your attitude, your perspective, your fight that will set the tone. Don't you believe in why you started this journey? Doesn't it matter that you have people fighting for you and with you? I understand it's hard sometimes. I get that you feel like it's a constant uphill battle. Good. That means it's worth it. That means it matters. That means that you aren't going to settle. Take charge of your dreams. Own your life! There is so much power in understanding just how much influence you have in how you live your life. Refuse to give in to the easy way. Don't let others hold you back. Don't let the fear of taking the road less travelled keep you from finding the blessings that path can have. Don't lose your vision! It was worth it when you started. It will be even more worth it when you finish it.

Daily BITUB- “You Can”
You think you can't do it so you don't. You are absolutely right. If you don't do it then it's not ever going to be a possibility! If you try... I mean just give yourself a chance, then you have the hope that trying creates. You have opportunities, moments, and experiences. So many things can happen. Sure you might not succeed, this time, but you'll be better for it. At least you'll know. At least you know what it's going to take. There is so much good that comes out of making an effort! You may realize a potential you didn't think you had, a level you have never reached, and a passion you have never allowed to materialize before now. That moment you think you can't is the exact moment you must try! Your emotions are at their peak. Grab hold of that energy and use it to fuel you! Use it to power that instinct deep within that never settled for anything short of reaching higher. You think you can't... I know you can! You don't have to convince us, we already believe in you!

Daily BITUB- “If not you then who?”
If not you then who? If not now then when? Why can't you be the one to reach higher? Why can't you be the one to surpass limitations? Why can't you live your dreams? What's holding you back? Don't say your circumstances! Don't say your environment! The environment doesn't control you, you control it! Yes you might need to study more. You may need to work harder. You may need to get two jobs, go to school at night, and give up something you want to get something you need. Is it worth it? That's on you! You decide what matters! You decide how much of you goes into the moment! If not you then who? How many times did you give in because it was too hard? How many times have you let yourself off the hook because the obstacles seemed too overwhelming? Too many times. I've been there and I had to tell myself to stop it! Stop giving up before you even start! Chase the dream! Live the life! Take the chance! Leap in faith!

Daily BITUB- “Great Day”
What a great day to use the gifts God gave you! Master your blessings by putting them to practice daily. Listen, teach, learn, share, care, love and be loved. Take every opportunity presented and make it matter! Use it to grow and be better than yesterday. Experience life by living beyond limitations. Fight for your beliefs! Fight for those who believe in you! Stretch your imagination into pictures of happiness. Make people smile by noticing them. Give yourself completely to God. Open yourself to those who love and live with you and for you. See people for what they are not for what they aren't. Yell for no reason! Reach your limit so you can surpass it! Push yourself to be more. Play in the toy aisle. Tell your parents you love them. Call your friends. Tell your family they matter! Sit and remember those special days. Let the sun remind you it's a new day. Mention your happy moment to your happy person! What a great day to Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU!

Daily BITUB- “Be in awe of you.”
Isn't it funny how we get so wrapped up in other people's lives? We live in a world of Instagram, Facebook, filters and Snapchat. We lose sight of our life because we want someone else's. Yet, the grass isn't always greener. Sometimes it takes chasing that greener grass to realize we are standing on the grass we wanted all along. We chase after other's dreams and forget we are living in a dream we once had. You don't have to pretend your life is something it isn't. Instead go make it that life! Live life with no filter! Live life with the expectation it can be exactly what you want it to be, and exactly what God intends it to be! Don't think about what you don't have and be so in awe of someone else's life that you stop noticing the beauty in your own. Think of who you are, the countless attributes that make up you, the gifts in your life, the blessings God provides, and instead why not be grateful and in awe of all you do have.

Daily BITUB- “Stay the Course”
Sometimes you just get spent. You are worn out and frustrated. You feel like nobody wants to take accountability for their actions. Nobody wants to put in the effort to influence their own success. They want things handed to them. They want to point fingers, place blame, and create smoke screens to mask their opportunities. What do you do? You keep helping them. You don't quit, you don't give up, you don't give in. You be of service. You keep doing what you do. You keep focusing your attention on the things you control. You keep your eye on the prize. You don't allow those people, those things to divert you from your goals. You know what's important. You know what you want. You know what it takes. Stay the course and motivate yourself by holding yourself accountable to finish the drill! You might just find your motivation to help others, to be responsible for your choices, your dreams, your place in life will inspire others to be motivated with you!

Daily BITUB- “Don’t Stop”
What if you suddenly just stopped. Stopped dreaming. Stopped pushing. Stopped being passionate about what matters to you. Stopping driving towards a goal. Stopped loving. Stopped sharing. Stopped praying. I have. I have been in that place. I have felt that darkness. Thing is God has a way of pulling you from there. He has a way of putting people, experiences, moments in your path that remind you why you do what you do. It reminds you why you want to live, why you want to dream, why you want to push, why you are passionate about what matters to you, why you love, why you share, why you pray, and why you care about the things you do. He reminds you why you can't stop. Why you must keep moving forward... Keep moving forward with the faith that God is already waiting for you. Waiting for you to get up and go.

There are no guarantees. That's why in sports there are odds. That's why people spend their entire lives calculating probabilities. There are no guarantees which is why we must work and be ready for the opportunities we get to win. We must condition ourselves through self development, through trial and error, through failures, lessons, experiences, and past successes. Influence your next move. Don't let complacency be a limitation. Get out of your comfort zone and take a risk. You want more? You want to experience more? You want to do more? You want to be more? Then go get it. Work for it. Be your blessings. It's not what you deserve, but what you are willing to earn! There are no guarantees, but put in the time, effort, and passion and ensure the odds are always in your favor!

Daily BITUB- “No Mistake”
It took me years to stop looking at everything wrong in my life. I'll admit, sometimes I digress, but am quickly brought back to appreciating life by the many positive people and things surrounding me. We sometimes think the cross we must bear is not fair... That is until we see those carrying a cross we can't even imagine. God doesn't make mistakes. He gives us what we need in order to ensure we are equipped to handle what is coming our way. The lessons, the experiences, the valleys, the peaks... All of it matters. All of it shapes us. Maybe we don't understand it today. Maybe we never understand it, but faith tells us not to question it. Instead embrace the opportunity. The opportunity to stop looking at what's wrong, and see all the beauty in the blessings God provides that makes everything right.

Daily BITUB- “Too Hard”
So many times fear has held me back. I've tried my hardest and failed. I've given my all and it wasn't enough. I've tried again and again and it still wasn't enough. I've fell short, missed the mark, quit before I reached my goals, I've lost faith, pointed fingers, and given in. I've blamed others for my shortcomings because it was the easiest way to make excuses and let myself off the hook. That's reality. We've all done it, but if you want to be the catalyst for your success you have to take accountability! You have to realize your influence on life and then live it! You can't just stop trying because it's hard. Everything worth living for is hard! Chasing after your goals is hard! Not giving up on your dreams is hard! If it matters then "too hard" isn't an option! There are no limitations to living, experiencing, growing! There are no boundaries that can't be broken! There is so much hope that is placed in our path through prayer, faith and support! There is too much love in our lives to give in and give up! Don't let fear win! Take that energy and reinvest it in pushing yourself to that place! That place where your wildest dreams reside! That place where giving in isn't an option! That place where you simply Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU!

Daily BITUB- “Get on with it!”
What if you did exactly what everyone wanted you to do? What if you let people tell you that your dreams weren't as important as theirs? What if we all allowed that? Unfortunately people do. Unfortunately some of us have at some point in our lives. That's until we realized living someone else's dream, someone else's vision, someone else's path wasn't going to cut it. That isn't how life was meant to be lived. That isn't how dreams are made reality, how people reach higher, how inspirations, heroes, champions, role models are created! You want motivation then create it! You want more then go get it! Don't succumb to the negative. Don't allow others limitations to limit you. You have a purpose. You have goals. Those things matter, but you have to make them matter. You have to realize that you are capable of so much. Stop listening to the naysayers around you and start listening to the encouragement that surrounds you. God gave you the gift. Open it and let's get on with it!

Daily BITUB- “Prayer”
How many times have you just wanted to help someone? You knew they were hurting, struggling, and afraid to ask for help. Often we find ourselves in situations that leave us feeling helpless. Maybe someone needs money, but you are struggling too. Maybe they need help at work, but you are behind yourself. Maybe they are down and your words of encouragement simply aren't helping. It happens often. It happens to us! What we often miss is our ability to offer up prayer for them. To give them our undivided thoughts as we sit and talk to God and ask for any comfort, peace, guidance He can bring to them. I know many people might not believe in prayer, but I have witnessed just how powerful it can be. I have seen people instantly feel comforted knowing someone is praying for them and with them. Never underestimate it, and don't be so quick to determine that God didn't answer those prayers. For as I've said often, just because He didn't answer as you, or they, wanted doesn't mean He didn't answer them as needed. So, you may not be in a position to do anything but pray for someone. Often times that is exactly the position God had intended for you to be in all along.

Daily BITUB- “All Things”
How great is God? He presents us with so many situations that influence us all differently. What might inspire one may not inspire another. What might drive someone might not drive another. It's why God gives us all so much. He puts people, places, moments, happy times, challenging times all in our paths. Some prefer the sunrise while others prefer the sunset. Some prefer quiet moments while others prefer the crowd. So much emotion flows through our days. So many decisions are made that put us where we need to be! While some days we may feel the twist and turns are too much, God knows exactly how much we can handle. He does it because He knows we all must experience things in our way so that we may see Him in all things.

Daily BITUB- “Foundation”
If no one tells you today, I will! Have a great day. Just have it! Why? You will make a difference in someone's life today. Understand that the person you are, the success you are creating, the motivation you provide, and the passion you are bringing to those around you does not go unnoticed. Take a moment and feel good about the value you bring to life because YOU matter! You matter because you help others realize they do! Remember, the direction life will take you will be the direction you will lead it! God will provide the path, but it will always be up to us to walk it. Be positive in your outlook! Be your blessings! Be happy where you are because you always have the power to change it if you want to change it! After all, through God, through the gifts that He has provided, through the experiences, and the challenges you have built a strong foundation! Now you have to believe that you can live on it with the faith it can and will sustain you.
