Daily BITUB- “Create and Do”

Don't promise you'll do it. Show us! Don't spend time telling everyone what you could, would or should do. Instead get after it! Things progress when we progress them. Life and the journey of it is a magnificent path of ups and downs that give us the knowledge and strength around every turn to try harder, to give more, to take less and to simply be better than we were yesterday! What choice do we have? Honestly, what choices don't we have? You can choose to overcome limitations, face the challenges, tackle adversity, dream bigger, live, or you don't. I've seen people take unbelievable chances and reach destinations they once thought impossible, and I've watched people refuse to settle for anything less than all they believe in. Why? Because they trust in God's plan no matter where it takes them. They have faith and that faith helps them take anything and everything presented, good and bad, and make a life of it! Appreciate those blessings, the opportunity to choose, the ability to live, the beauty in being. No more promises of what could be, let's create and put into motion what will be.

Daily BITUB- “Busy”

Busy, busy, busy! We all find ourselves at times in a whirlwind of activity and it leaves our head spinning. There are just so many things to do and we assure ourselves we are doing our best to find the calm in the storm to organize it all! You're frustrated, you're tired, you're irritable, and you start overlooking those things that you are doing all this for. It's easy to forget the blessings. It's easier to be so busy making a living you forget to live, and you forget those you are living for. You start to miss the beauty of the moment, the comfort of friends and family, the opportunities to experience that is all around you. It's easy to overlook, but the calm you seek is, and always will be, right there. Right there in God's hands, in His gifts, in His grace. Embedded in the laughter of your kids, the smiles of friends and family, the daily possibilities of reaching beyond limitations, the beauty of the sunrise and the blessing of being able to live in those moments each and every day. Take a moment and have a look... You'll start to find the blessings that exist in having things to be busy for.
