Ever wake up ready for the day, thankful, happy and excited about the possibilities? Then out of nowhere our happiness is upended! Nobody goes through the day expecting to be unhappy. We don't look for reasons or people to bring us down. Thing is we also don't know who, what, when or where we will run into a negative wall. If we did we more than likely would change course. There isn't much we can do to avoid it as inevitably we all have those moments. What we can do is be prepared as best we can by allowing ourselves to truly hand it over to God. We must allow ourselves to have faith that He is in control and through Him we will be ok. It won't be easy, it won't happen instantaneously, but faith tells us it will happen. It will happen as it should, we will learn, grow, and be better for it! Then we will pick ourselves up and finish as we started... Thankful, happy, and excited for what tomorrow will bring.
