Someone took a moment yesterday to ask me how my day was. Someone else asked me how they could help me. Someone else told me that they appreciated my outlook of life and how I tackle adversity. All of that took a small moment of time, but it mattered. Your influence isn't always easily visible. A word, gesture, smile, frown, a voice inflection. Even silence can change the path you are on and the people crossing your path at that moment. It isn't realistic to think you will always be positive, but it is awareness that you will influence others that makes a difference. Children, friends, work, family... Your influence ripples throughout their lives and while they encounter negativity it is your ability to positively influence the outcome that can be the balance in their life. People look up to us in different ways, just as we look up to others. While it isn't our responsibility to be a role model, it is a privledge to be the example of faith more often than not. Enjoy life and share your influence. Be the positive. Be your blessings and always Believe In The Unbelievable that is YOU.
My prayer for you today is you get an opportunity to influence and be influenced.
