Daily BITUB- “Get Back to Basics”

Get back to basics! We get so caught up in the emotion, the confusion, the doubt, and before you know it we are all turned around. Remember your values. Remember those lessons you learned the hard way and use them to grow. Think about the countless times you said "that won't be me", and now realize it is you. It is you, but it's ok because self awareness allows you to course correct. It allows you to realize it's time to maneuver and that vision you once had starts to come back into focus. You had a dream. You had goals. You had passion and determination, but you put those down as you picked up the bad habits, the negative thoughts, the instant gratification. Time to lay that down and pick up where you left off... When you were determined to climb that mountain despite how hard it was going to be because you knew the view from that peak would be worth it! Lay down the angst, the worry, the fear at God's feet and climb into His hands. He has you in as much as you want to be had. You may think you don't know what to do, but you absolutely do! You always have. You just have to let yourself get back to basics and once again Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU! 

My prayer for you today is that you allow yourself to put those negative things at God's feet and let His Grace comfort you as you climb into His hands to get to a place where you can once again begin that journey you started long ago.
