We all need feedback. We all have areas of opportunity. We all have moments where we will give and get that feedback. With that said it is important to understand how we present it. Often times we lose sight of a message because of how it is delivered. When our self orientation is off the charts we turn people off and the real intention gets lost in the translation. With all we have going on in the world today it is important that we are aware and intentional in not only what we say, but how we say it. Hope you enjoy the video.
