Daily BITUB- “Pause and Breathe”

You ever felt like you just were off. You couldn't put your finger on it. You thought about your day, what was happening, what could be bothering you. Still nothing really stood out. Yet, instead of breathing and taking a break, you are still running full steam ahead. You are irritable, short with others, easily annoyed, angry at times. You feel tired, mentally fatigued and you start spiraling more and more. We do this to ourselves often, and we don't have to. It is so important to stop for a moment. To get your footing and to really work to figure out what is wrong. Figure out why you are not feeling like you. The more we burry those things the more they grow. Trust me I know. I have been there, and try as I might I will be again. The idea that sharing our feelings is a burden is wrong. There is always someone there to listen. Just as you have been there for others, let them be there for you. Talk to your person. Write down your thoughts. Go outside and scream. Cry if you need to cry. Whatever it is you can. It is ok not be ok, and understanding that is a step in the right direction. Trusting there is always a way to feel better is important, and letting yourself pause and having a chance to feel better is where it begins.

Believe In The Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is that you know you are not alone. God is there. He has blessings all around you. You can pause. You can take a break. You can breathe. May you find a time to do that if it's what you need, and may you have the strength and the courage to do it.
