A true friend can become our mirror when we allow our true self to be seen. Often times we can hesitate in sharing our feelings. We may pause or question ourselves only to find that pride or selfishness takes over and the moment passes us by. Sometimes we may tend to hold back our emotions, thoughts and feelings because it's easier than dealing with the inevitable aftermath that comes. That's not what being true to ourselves and those we love is all about. We will miss opportunities that God presents us with. Our ability to throw it out there is what influences others to do the same. It's what creates unbreakable bonds where we grow, learn, become stronger, create memories, moments and foundations in relationships that will last a lifetime. It's where true friendships are created, and true relationships are solidified. It's where we can be ourselves, vulnerable and open. Where all we are is exposed and the unconditional love built in honesty and trust is ever present. It's where we feel safe to share our fears, love, emotions, stories of our children, family. It's where we can share our faith in God and one another. It's where we find that the ones we love most reside, and that no matter what we will always believe in who we are and what together we truly are capable of being.
Believe In The Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is that you nourish your relationships. Don't take them for granted, and don't wait to tell those that matter they do.
