"Be The Guarantee"
Seems simple enough doesn't it? We woke up this morning with another day filled with possibilities. Yet, we don't always see it do we? Instead we ignore the sunrise, complain about the commute, get upset we have school, let someone steal our joy, give in to the adversity. We miss the beauty in having a job, a car, ability to get an education, the power to control our attitude, and the beauty in having strength to carry ourselves beyond that adversity. We miss it because it's easier to notice that one thing that derailed us today. That one person that was negative. We are determined some days to throw in the towel on what could be, in favor of what wasn't. We've all heard it. Tomorrow is not promised. Let me say it again. Tomorrow is not promised. It isn't! Nothing is. There isn't any thing that says today is a guaranteed day. A day where it all goes right. A day where it all fell in to place. They real guarantee is on us. It's in us. A guarantee that says I will choose to live in this moment. To take the joy that I'm given. To learn my lessons. To grow and appreciate the ability to do so. To give my worry to God, to have faith, and to accept that who and what I want to be is on me.
Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is from Deuteronomy 31:6. "Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you."
