"Seasons"
It's easy to be strong when all is well. Easy to forget the prayers we asked for are answered when we are in a moment everything is going right. It is in those moments we mustn't forget to thank God for the season of peace in our lives. Then give thanks for preparing us for the moments that aren't so peaceful. It's during times of adversity that our strength is put to the test. Our experience is called into action and all our attributes of perseverance, commitment and dedication come to the forefront. We are privileged in those times to show who we are and what we are willing to be. We get to show that the faith we talk about we are ready to stand by. We get to honor God's gifts by using them. Our foundation balances us and the trust in the big picture allows us to move forward with conviction. We get to appreciate our blessings by utilizing them to ground us in our continued pursuit of happiness, and a hope to get back to another peaceful season. It is in those moments we mustn't forget to thank God for the season of faith, strength, and life lessons in our lives.
Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is a reminder to pray. Pray when you need help, when you are feeling lost, when you are good, happy, thankful. "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." (1 John 5:14)
