"Importance"
There is a wonderful line in "The Leader Who Had No Title" by Robin Sharma that says, "If something is important to someone important to you, it should become important to you as well." That resonated with me. Sometimes we are so heads down we forget to look up and see the things going on around us. We miss opportunities to be gracious with others, to offer encouragement, to give praise. What may seem small to us may be the biggest achievement someone has ever done. It may be their big rock, their turning point, their moment. Look around you at those people grinding it out every single day. We have no idea what they are facing, but if we take the time to understand what matters to them then we start to realize just how important recognizing the progressive step forward is- No matter the size of the step. Honestly, we all need that encouragement sometimes. We all need that recognition. We all need the acknowledgment that we are seen. So, don't let that moment go by today without letting those that matter know just how important they truly are to you.
Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is that you feel just how much you are loved. You feel the support, the encouragement, the positive vibes of those around you.
