"Goals and Happiness"
The world revolves around something different for each of us. We all have different priorities, and we are all in different seasons of our lives. The goals, however, often are in one way or another similar. Intertwined in definitions of success, money, relationships, children, family, friends, it all redefines as happiness, and what that means to us. It is a state of mind that we control. We must understand that we determine what needs to matter. No one can tell us what that will be and along the path as we grow so does our perspective. We may find that what we once deemed crucial to our existence just isn't that important in this moment. The new goals, the new dreams, or those we have put aside for so long are what we now want to place our focus on. Reality is that the pursuit is just that- A pursuit. We continue to chase what happiness is for us, and we must accept what it is today may not be the same tomorrow. So, live in the moment. Have faith that the real happiness is that we are blessed to be able to pursue, and we can continue that pursuit every single moment we are blessed to have another day to do so.
