"Those That Matter Most"
I spent many years worrying about things I had failed at. I hid those thoughts deep down not willing to share for fear people would think less of me. Fear that I would let others down. It wasn't until I accepted my role in all of it that I began to understand what it would take to get back up. It wasn't easy, and while I refused to talk about things God was still there listening to the things I didn't say. What He did was open my eyes to the numerous blessings around me who had plenty to say. In those moments those closest to you- Those that matter most are often the ones we tend to push away because they tell us what we need to hear, but don't want to hear. They challenge us to reach our potential and help us to realize what we miss in ourselves during those moments of doubt. They are willing to tell us the hard things, and that is the true blessing. They are there in many forms to coach us, hold us, mentor, let us lean on their faith, pray with us, and sometimes just sit in silence with us as we navigate the moment. Remember those who love us most we can't truly let down as they are always the first to be there to help us back up. Let them.
