Daily BITUB- “Patience”

"Patience"

In 8th grade my teacher used to tell me that patience was a virtue. At that age nothing seemed worth the wait. As I've grown older I've seen my prayers answered not how I always wanted, but always as God knew I needed them to be answered. I didn't see it at the time, but that quiet peace of reflection helps all see a lot. Patience has proven to be a virtue, but also a quiet strength that is often overshadowed by the fast-paced demands of our fast-paced lives. Let's face it we live in a world where instant gratification surrounds us, but it is our ability to wait with grace and understanding that allows us to truly appreciate what God has in store for us. It's the art of trusting the process, of recognizing that some things take time to unfold beautifully. So, in the practice of patience what happens? I can only speak for myself, but I found that it helped me cultivate resilience and deepen my understanding of myself and others. It taught me to listen, to observe, and to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. In moments of waiting, whether for a goal to materialize or for a loved one to find their way, we learn to embrace uncertainty and find peace in the present. Patience is a virtue, and is not
merely about the act of waiting; it is about how we choose to fill that time. It's an invitation to reflect, to grow, and to appreciate the journey just as much as the destination.

Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is from Romans 12:12.

"Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer."

Have a great day ahead everyone.
