Recently I was reading about the importance of foundational decisions. Things we do that can change how we think, change our lives, change our paths. After we make those decisions they become part of our non negotiable ways of thinking. It's our values, principles, and the way we choose to live life. It comes from our experiences and manifests itself into how we react to, attract, and develop relationships in our lives. As I sat to better understand and process I thought we must ask ourselves if the people we surround ourselves reflect our values? Do our actions reflect our values? Does our character reflect our values? If you can't 100% say yes it may be time for you to determine if your foundational decisions are supporting or breaking down that foundation. Are you confident in your ability to grow and build on that foundation or are you hesitant for fear that it won't be able to sustain you? Only you can answer those questions. For me, I have work to do so that who I want to be and the foundational decisions I make are aligned. Understanding that puts the work in progress, and that is one of the most humbling revelations I have made in a long time.
Believe In The Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is that you are able to reflect on yourself and where you are in life. That if you are where you want to be then you stay the course. If you are not then you have the courage to redirect as needed. "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline." (2 Timothy 1:7)
Have a blessed, safe, and healthy day everyone.
