Be encouraging.
Have dinner with friends.
Be a shoulder to cry on.
Remind someone how wonderful they are.
Know the power of a positive attitude.
Challenge the norm.
Be a leader when you can, and follow when you must.
Learn something new today, and do something with it.
Call your parents if you still can.
Talk to them if they have passed. They hear you.
Hug your kids tight.
Say I love you to those you do.
Take a moment for yourself.
Appreciate the silence.
Don't overlook the noise.
Tell the stories your grandparents shared with you.
Read a book.
Write one… Your story matters.
