"Criticize"
You can always find something to criticize. You can always find something to challenge, look down on, or simply not like. You can be negative, discouraging, and self create anything to throw a shadow on happiness. Funny that we are so capable of changing how we perceive things and how often we bring ourselves down. We often times think others are controlling our outlook, but it's on us. Why is it so hard to see that? God has a plan for us. We miss it when our focus is clouded by looking at what we don't have versus what we do. Aren't we beautiful children of God? Don't we have unique qualities that make us extraordinary? Aren't we gifted and talented in our own ways? Don't we bring joy to someone somewhere? Aren't we someone's smile, heart and soul? Don't we have the foundation of faith that gives us strength beyond limitations and everlasting hope that we can reach our potential? Shouldn't we nourish those things rather than break them down? We will always be our toughest critic, and must continue to work on those things that make us better than we were yesterday. However, we must also be aware of the things we are doing well, and allow ourselves to show appreciation for that.
