"New Days"
We have all heard it or said it ourselves at some point in our lives. "Today is the first day of the rest of our life." We take an instance and we do our best to create a starting point. The place where everything gets to start anew. In that process, however, we mustn't forget about the many things that helped us have the opportunity to start anew. Don't dismiss your experience. Don't dismiss those people in your life who have and continue to support you. Allow it to be part of the foundation that you built in order to reach for that next level. Give yourself credit for what you have faced. Think about it. Take what you need to take from it. Use it. The adversity, set backs and challenges you have taken head on matter. If this point in life marks a new beginning allow the memories of your journey to give you a head start. You've earned that-Through trials, through your determination to overcome limitations, through your ability to find the blessings amidst the uncertainty. Remember God's gift of life is filled with an abundance of hope for what can and will be. After all when you really think about it how beautiful is it that every new day truly is the first day of the rest of your life. Make it a story with a purpose.
