"Let Go"
I've held on to things in my life I should have let go time and time again. I've had grudges that I'm certain the other person never thought twice about me. I've let my day be ruined by something that was five minutes of my day. I've let things, situations, and people live rent free in my mind for no reason other than I couldn't let it go. I've worried about what others thought of me, what people said about me, what they put on me, and worked hard to please people that really didn't take a moment to truly know me. Letting go is a transformative journey, often marked by a deep sense of release and a freedom of sorts. It involves recognizing the weight of what we hold onto—be it past relationships, regrets, or unfulfilled dreams—and understanding that clinging to these burdens hold us down and hurts our ability for growth. While it's easier said than done it must be done. Give yourself permission to release those ties. Let yourself create space for new experiences and opportunities. Letting go is not about forgetting or dismissing the past; rather, it's about accepting it, learning from it, and choosing to move forward with courage and hope. Hope that you understand yourself enough to know that God's Grace is all you will ever need. Letting go becomes that first step toward embracing the future. A future filled with the possibilities of a life not anchored down by things we no longer need in order to be who God intended us to be.
Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is from Psalm 28:7.
"The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him."
Have a great week ahead everyone.
