"Downtime"
I got away from reading for a while. That used to be my go to. I loved to read and work on expanding my knowledge. It was a calm in any storm I was having. The good news is a started back, and can't really remember why I stopped. It's not just the read though, it's about doing something that brings me joy and honestly lets me step away from the fast paced world and have a little downtime. You know we all need it? We all need that moment during the day to allow ourselves downtime to reflect and refresh. It's crucial for our well-being. In the hustle of daily life, we often overlook the importance of pausing. These moments of quiet contemplation provide us the space to process our thoughts, assess our goals, and reconnect with our inner selves. By stepping back from our routines, we can gain clarity, reduce stress, and simply cultivate a sense of balance in our world. For me it's reading and writing. For you it may be working out, running, cooking, or just sitting. It doesn't matter, but make moments for you. These moments of rest rejuvenate our minds and fire up our spirits. It's ok to allow yourself some downtime. I believe it will not only enhance your focus, but also enrich your life as you begin to approach challenges with renewed energy and perspective. A rested mind is a clear one.
Believe in the Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you is from Matthew 11:28.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Have a great day ahead everyone.
