"Find The Groove"
Can't find your groove? I couldn't and turns out I needed to check my ego. Our ego can really hold us back. I have spent too much time in situations where my ego wouldn't allow me to see that the reason for my problems was me. Then on the other side of that coin my insecurities wouldn't allow me to change because I was afraid of what it would take to make that change. I was locked in this perpetual state of fear and ego. Sometimes though in order to truly find our way it is pushing ourselves into a place where self discovery finds us face to face with both fear and ego at the same time. That exploration into ourselves helps us understand that we are ok. We are enough. We can fix whatever it is that is holding us captive. Once that happens we get to turn all of that into a place where we don't think less of ourselves, we just think of ourselves less. Instead we start to think that we have so much to offer. We can turn our passions and strengths into feelings that allow us to have the freedom to experiment and live life without fear of judgment. After all we are always our biggest critic. As you navigate through these experiences, you may stumble upon moments that ignite your enthusiasm and creativity. Embrace those moments; they are clues guiding you toward what feels authentic and fulfilling. Remember, finding your groove isn't a destination, but a continuous journey, shaped by growth, learning, fighting, trusting, and the joy of simply being true to yourself.
